Amarone della Valpolicella Corte Manara 2017. Alcohol content 16% vol. Made from 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, Molinara and 10% other grape varieties. Aging lasts for 2 years in 7 to 23 hectolitre oak barrels, then for 18 months in steel vats and another 6/12 months in bottle. The colour is impenetrable ruby red. It offers intense notes of bottled grapes and blueberries, mulberries, cinchona, vanilla, eucalyptus, dried flowers, chocolate and sweet spices.
